11-20

It's time for the next ten. :)Oh, and I am always adding songs to the playlist, so the artist order shifts. I will add in new ones as they get added to my list

11. "Streets of Philadelphia"- Bruce Springsteen (I had to analyze this song in my songwriting class last year. The lyrics are hauntingly beautiful.)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9L9_8vwx2w8

12. "A Long December"- Counting Crows (I will never get tired of this song. Probably one of my top five favorite songs of all time. A good "reflection" song, I guess)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNF1a-ZG1uc

13. "Mr. Jones"- Counting Crows ( Clearly, I love CC. This song is one of the earliest I remember. My dad listened to it, so I did too. This song came out when I was three (!!!) and seventeen years later, it is still one of the most played songs on my iTunes..thanks Daddy :)) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHMTolJWKBs

14. "Pictures of You"- The Cure (Oh, The Cure. Emo lyrics wrapped in a killer drum beat. Enough said) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EG0Q3kR7_9c

15. "As Lovers Go"- Dashboard Confessional ("You've got wits, you've got looks, you've got passion, but I swear that you've got me all wrong"...saw them live randomly this summer and it was fantastic. This song is about not over complicating love...just go for it)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGeh43A_4H0

16. "Don't Wait"- Dashboard Confessional (They remind me of 8th grade and I love that. This song is about not wasting time, life's too short)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wcuPL_0Fgk

17."Pour Some Sugar on Me"- Def Leppard (If I had to summarize high school in one song...it'd be this one. Feel free to question that, but some of my favorite memories include my best friends, Kristin's house, and Def Leppard.)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSaAXDBvfho

18. "Cowboy Take Me Away"- Dixie Chicks (Simple melody, simple lyrics. Beautiful song)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hntXAO_Rq7c

19. "A Story to Tell Your Friends"- Every Avenue (I saw the lyrics to this on someone's facebook status once..I'm glad I looked them up. This song is angry and wonderful. "I want to be more than a phone call at 4am... I want to be more than a story to tell your friends"..bahhhhh.)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwO0pRPJKjs

20. "You Found Me"- The Fray (One of the best concerts I have ever been to. Pouring down rain+ hearing this song= everything that's right in the world. Magical. Great lyrics. Great band. I love every song they put out there)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obhdTlImFBo

Ok, there they are. Hope you like them :)
